Nehemiah Creative Refund Policy

At Nehemiah Creative, we strive to deliver excellent services that meet and exceed your expectations. We value transparency and want you to understand how our refund policy works.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been started or delivered.

  • If work has commenced (e.g., planning, design drafts, content creation), a partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Completed and delivered services are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order and before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after work has started will incur a service fee to cover time and resources used.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any custom designs, media projects, or campaigns that have been completed and approved by the client.

  • Third-party expenses such as ad spend, stock images, or software fees purchased on your behalf.

4. Quality Concerns

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we offer up to two free revisions (where applicable) to ensure the project aligns with your vision before considering a refund.

  • Refunds will not be granted solely for a change of mind after delivery.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
