By engaging with Nehemiah Creative for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services Provided

We offer creative and media services for individuals, businesses, and organizations. Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement before work begins.

4. Payments

  • The balance is due monthly on the date agreed upon.

5. Revisions and Approval

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed separately.

  • Final approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of work, and no further changes will be made without additional cost.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original materials created by Nehemiah Creative remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you.

  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information for the project.

  • Supply necessary content (text, images, videos) within the agreed timeframe.

  • Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays.

9. Deadlines and Delays

We aim to meet agreed timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Late submission of content by the client.

  • Changes to project scope mid-way.

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

10. Liability

Nehemiah Creative is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from the use of our services.

  • Third-party costs or damages beyond our control.

  • Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:

  • All completed work up to the date of termination will be billed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
